Main house with two king bedrooms + detached casita with one king bedroom. Just under one acre of land. Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room with TV in main house. Private outdoor kitchen and BBQ grill. Large sunset/sunrise deck with ocean views. Electric gate and fully fenced property. Large parking area onsite. Designed to host up to 6 guests—ideal for three couples.
Bathroom
3.5 bathrooms total. Each of the three king bedrooms with private ensuite bathroom and outdoor shower. Half bathroom for visitors in main house. Hair dryer, shampoo, and conditioner provided throughout.

San Sebastián, Todos Santos, Baja California Sur. Quiet, private neighborhood just minutes from the beach. Exact directions provided after booking to preserve privacy.

Driving is recommended to explore the area fully. Large onsite parking area within the gated property. Detailed directions shared before arrival.

Fully stocked main house kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and cooking basics. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, toaster, and blender included. Private outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and barbecue utensils. Outdoor dining area for evening meals under the stars. Designed for shared dinners or independent cooking, whichever the group prefers.

Please note: this property is not recommended for families with small children, due to separate outdoor entrances to each bedroom, lack of railings on stairs, and open pool access.
