As evening settles, gather under the covered dining pergola for a meal for ten, or curl up by the brick fireplace in the main living room.

Optional separate casita with private outdoor dining area, sleeping two additional guests. Extra-long twin sleeper sofa in the upstairs living room for flexible arrangements. Designed to host up to 8 guests in the main house, with room to grow.

3.5 bathrooms in the main house. Primary king bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Second and third bedrooms each with private ensuite baths. Casita with its own private ensuite bathroom. Hair dryer provided throughout.

Transportation
Driving is recommended to explore the area fully. Note that access includes a stretch of dirt road, a common and authentic part of the Todos Santos experience. Gated onsite parking. Detailed directions shared before arrival.
Cooking
Chef's kitchen fully stocked with appliances and serving ware, ready for even a holiday meal. Microwave, mini fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine glasses, toaster, and blender included. Covered outdoor dining area seats ten—a Baja essential for warm evenings. Casita includes its own mini-fridge and sink for independent use.
Heating / cooling
Air conditioning throughout, plus a traditional brick fireplace for cooler evenings. Ceiling fans in every room. Guests are asked to use AC thoughtfully given Baja's limited electrical grid—a small courtesy that helps preserve reliable power for the whole neighborhood.
