The day begins under a palapa roof, coffee in hand, watching light spread across eight acres of open land. Children splash in the attached kids' pool while adults stretch out in the heated lap lanes or sink into the jacuzzi. As evening falls, the mango wood dining table is set by candlelight—a tradition here, with candles supplied for every group—and the fire pit takes over once the sun drops behind the hills.
